This is a great spot to relax with a bite to eat while waiting to catch your connecting flight.

An unusual sight just over eight miles away is the Ganesha Temple, home to the Hindu Temple Society of North America. You’ll have to go a bit further to share some of the key New York experiences. Don’t miss the Statue of Liberty, a gift to the US from the people of France. It’s not the only Statue of Liberty in existence. The first two models, which are much smaller, are housed in artistic collections in France, while a sister statue is located along the River Seine in Paris. However, the US version is by far the most famous and symbolic. It’s a popular tourist attraction, so you’ll need to catch an early ferry to see the Statue and Ellis Island.

Central Park is a must-visit when in New York. The idea for the park was conceived in 1858, but it was 13 years before construction was complete and it took even longer to complete the landscaping. The park has been in constant use since its completion and now plays host to more than 25 million visitors a year. There is always something going on in Central Park. You can sit on a bench and watch the skaters and cyclists, take a stroll and enjoy the greenery, check out the ever changing exhibitions and see street performers do everything from juggling to song.
