By Joining the U.S. Rent A Car Affiliate Programme you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Terms
Affiliates agree to provide U.S. Rent A Car Ltd with up-to-date contact information so we can communicate the best offers to you in person to help you build your campaigns.
By joining the Usrentacar.co.uk affiliate programme, affiliates are agreeing to promote usrentacar.co.uk in an honest, fair manner, using up to date information, as provided by usrentacar.co.uk through our regular affiliate communications. Usrentacar.co.uk will be promoted in a manner that gives all visitors a positive user experience.
Bookings / Quotes / Tracking
Bookings: Any car hire bookings made by an affiliate will be tracked by usrentacar.co.uk with the related data being displayed in the respective affiliates booking summary and commissions paid accordingly.
Quotes: Quotes sent via the affiliate link will expire after 1 week. Please note that quotes do not guarantee a price for this period of time. Our rental rates are subject to change without notice so when a price expires so will any quotes based on that pricing structure.
Tracking: U.S. Rent A Car uses a 28 day tracking cookie to ensure that our affiliates are rewarded for promoting our services. Should a customer make a reservation within 28 days of obtaining a price from your unique affiliate link you will be awarded the commission accordingly. Please note that customers may delete cookies from their browser. In such an event no commission will be paid.
How commission is paid and when
Commission is paid on rentals of 1 week or more. Commission is paid once the customer’s rental has ended. Should a rental be cancelled before the collection date of the hire no commission will be paid. Should a rental be amended to duration less than 1 week before the rental start date no commission will be paid.
Qualifying rentals will receive commission paid 14 days after an invoice is sent via your affiliate log in area.
Discounts, Offers and Promotions
Usrentacar.co.uk may offer deals or promotions to affiliates and in return ask that the following terms and conditions of use are abided by in full:
Any offers and promotions promoted by affiliates must have been acquired through the Usrentacar.co.uk affiliate programme, and should be published clearly showing the expiry dates, thus ensuring all customers clearly understand the duration of any promotion.
Usrentacar.co.uk will not offer discount codes or voucher codes to affiliates. Any affiliate advertising non-existent codes for Usrentacar.co.uk will be removed from the Usrentacar.co.uk affiliate programme.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote offers that are not explicitly issued as part of the Usrentacar.co.uk affiliate programme. This list includes offers Usrentacar.co.uk have made with partnering companies, offline promotional activities, or in-house, non affiliate marketing activity such as promotions included with orders, customer newsletters and emails.
General correspondence about the programme and any updates will be issued via either a direct email to the affiliate or through the U.S. Rent A Car affiliate area..
• From time to time we may reward specific affiliates within our programme with exclusive terms for achieving targets set by Usrentacar.co.uk.
PPC Bidding and Restrictions
usrentacar.co.uk® operates an in-house PPC programme.
usrentacar.co.uk® is a registed trademark. All affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the following terms in any form. Moreover, these terms must not form any part of a PPC advert or ad copy. This restriction is applicable to the term itself and any mis-spellings or variations thereof.

Domain Restrictions
Affiliates should not register domains that are similar, or confusingly similar to the following domains. In addition, Affiliates should not deliberately or accidentally mislead any visitor to believe they are visiting one of the following domains.

Affiliates may not put the usrentacar.co.uk website into frames or use masked URLS, nor creates clones or duplicates of any part of our website.
In order to prevent out of date content, affiliates may not hardcode the creative into their site. Affiliates found to be doing this will be written to with a warning and given a 1 month’s notice period to update the content or face withheld commissions and/or removal from the programme.
Prohibited Sites
The following types of sites are all banned from joining Usrentacar.co.uk affiliate programme:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit sites - Gambling sites, or any sites promoting gambling - Violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, sex and other illegal activities - Sites hat use spyware or phishing techniques, or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices - Sites [or affiliates] that adopt black hat web practices - Sites that contravene the interest of Usrentacar.co.uk and/or U.S. Rent A Car Ltd . Voucher Code sites - Any competitor or rival company.
In all cases, the acceptance of a site/affiliate onto the Usrentacar.co.uk affiliate programme will be at the sole discretion of U.S. Rent A Car Ltd .
Cookie Length and Policy
The cookie length for the U.S. Rent A Car.co.uk affiliate program is 28 days.
Termination
Any affiliate found breaking these Terms will receive an initial written warning. Any subsequent breach will result in removal from the programme, and the withholding of any accrued transaction commission
