01 November 2005 - Call Centre Update Notice...

On the 15th and 16th of November 2005 U.S. Rent A Car Ltd will begin an internal restructure of it's Surrey based call centre, as a result the call centre will be shut on these dates.

Customers are advised to either email reservations at info@usrentacar.co.uk or use the live chat facility provided.

An out of hours answer phone service will be available on 0845 226 8523 and U.S. Rent A Car Ltd will contact you as soon as possible.

Director of Communications Frank Williams said "Although the dates are not ideal we believe the benefits of the restructure will help us serve customers more effectively in the future. Based on statistics from previous years these two days were the most suitable. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage customers to take advantage of our websites tools. We will also be contacting all customers who use our out of hours call back facility, these calls will take place between 17:30 - 20:00 once work has finished in the call centre"
