U.S. Rent A Car.co.uk today launches Iqueries, an intelligent Faq system which will give customers access to it's database of commonly asked questions.

Iqueries works on a two tier basis, the first allows customers to access the afore mentioned database of questions based on if the customer has booked, collected or returned their hire and then split in to sub-categories. Along with this are related questions that other customers have found useful.

The second part allows customers to ask a question that is not located with the database, once submitted and replied to, this question and answer is then added to the database with the goal of providing a comprehensive guide to Car Hire in the USA.
