Here at U.S. Rent A Car we take the quality of product and service offered by our suppliers very seriously. We are the UK's first car rental broker to introduce 'Customer Feedback' for all of our suppliers.

Every U.S. Rent A Car customer is asked to provide feedback on their rental experience in the hope that we can provide prospective customers an honest reflection of our suppliers actual service. The feedback is designed to give you a better insight and help you decide which one of our suppliers is best for you. Our scoring criteria is simple, we score the service and product of our suppliers on the following straight forward questions, each supplier is then given a rating of between 0% - 100% based on customer feedback;

How satisfied were you with the collection process of the vehicle?
How satisfied were you with the vehicle standard?
How satisfied were you with the service you received from the staff?
How satisfied were you with the price you paid?
How would you rate the over all experience?
Would you use this supplier again?
