U.S. Rent A Car is proud to announce the launch of its Satellite Reservation Hotline. Due to an increase in demand and a shift in consumer buying times U.S. Rent A Car.co.uk have responded by extending their live chat product so that U.S. Rent A Car is open till 8pm and later during busy periods to ensure that our clients are able to contact us when ‘they’ want to! 

U.S. Rent A Car.co.uk Director of Communications Frank Williams said ‘Understanding the needs of our clients has always been the key to our success. We had received numerous requests by our customers via our help us to improve section for later opening hours that were more in sink with their free time. This is why the decision to extend the Live Chat facility was taken and is another demonstration of our continued commitment to supporting the needs of our customers’

The Satellite Reservations Hotline takes advantage of U.S. Rent A Car's Live Chat facility that can be activated by clicking on the image of the Lady in the top left hand corner. The Satellite Reservations staff are made up of our established network of fully trained Agents who are based from home.  

Our agents are encouraged to work past 8pm if they feel it necessary to fulfil all our customers needs, and although they are contracted to a minimum amount of hours per week they are expected to offer as much support as possible. At present our Agents can answer a wide range of questions, book vehicles and amend reservations. Shortly they will also be able to create and send Evouchers.

The Satellite Reservations Hotline will be launched on ‘19th January 2005’ and will mean that our reservations department will be open from 8am till 8pm and beyond Monday to Friday.
